- Vendor selection (e.g. venue, florist, caterer, photographer, baker, printer, videographer, musicians, rental facilities, transportation providers, wedding attire providers, etc)
- Contract review and vendor negotiation
- Scheduling appointments with vendors and clients
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
- Coordinating final payment of vendors
- Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors’ services/products
- On-site event manager to manage vendors on the day of the event
